This series of copies of legal documents includes indentures, wills, codicils to wills, deeds, bills submitted to the British Parliament, and court decrees dating from 1669 to 1780. All the documents relate to a very complex legal dispute within the Atkyns family concerning disposition of part of the family estate. The legal dispute was carried throughout the courts of jurisdiction in Great Britain all the way to the House of Lords.
